Before you begin using Zal Pro, it’s important to set up various roles in your system to match your operational needs. These might include roles like support staff, accountant, salesperson, lineman, etc. Once these roles are created, you can customize their permissions as required. For instance, you might want to authorize a support person to add new users or create new tickets. This flexibility allows you to tailor the system to your specific business processes and workflow.

To customize permissions for each role in your system, simply click on the ‘permission’ button found in the action button list. This allows you to set and adjust the permissions for each role according to your specific needs and requirements
